Dieser Kurs bietet eine Einführung in die Welt des Gesellschaftstanzes. Vermittelt werden sollen Grundlagen in Standard- und lateinamerikanischen Tänzen ähnlich wie sie der Allgemeine Deutsche Tanzlehrerverband (ADTV) in seinen Welttanzprogrammen lehrt (darunter: Langsamer/Wiener Walzer, Discofox, Foxtrott, Jive, Rumba, Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Tango, Salsa).
Neben den Tanzgrundlagen soll außerdem ein Gefühl für die richtige Tanzwahl zu verschiedenen Musikstücken sowie ein anlassgerechter Tanzstil erlernt werden.
 
Während des Kurses wird versucht, auf individuelle Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden einzugehen. Je nach Belieben kann vom Kursprogramm abgewichen und ein Fokus auf bestimmte Tanzrichtungen gelegt werden.

Erfahrungsgemäß melden sich die Kursteilnehmer bereits zu zweit an, falls ihr allerdings noch auf der Suche nach einer/einem Tanzpartner/in sein solltet, dann kontaktiert mich gern unter jesko.zagatowski@uni-jena.de. Wir finden eine Lösung!

This course offers an introduction to the world of ballroom dancing. The aim is to teach basics in standard and Latin American dances similar to those taught by the General German Dance Teachers' Association (ADTV) in its world dance programs (including: Slow/Viennese Waltz, Discofox, Foxtrot, Jive, Rumba, Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Tango, Salsa).
In addition to the dance basics, a feeling for the right choice of dance to different pieces of music as well as a dance style appropriate to the occasion should also be learned.

During the course, an attempt is made to respond to the individual needs of the participants. Depending on your preference, you can deviate from the course program and focus on certain dance styles.
